My name is Maksymilian Wieczorek.

I am an IRATA Level 1 Rope Access Technician with nearly 3 years of experience in the offshore wind industry, working primarily in the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, with occasional onshore assignments.

Working in challenging offshore conditions has strengthened my focus on HSE compliance, clear communication in English, and effective teamwork, all of which are essential for safe and efficient offshore operations.

During my career, I have been involved in a wide range of maintenance, inspection, and repair activities, including:

• Industrial painting and spot repairs using systems such as Easy-Qote and Sika RepaCor, including surface preparation,
• External and internal wind turbine blade inspections, including LPS testing,
• Application of LEP systems (Bergolin) and support in complex blade repair operations, including rigging and use of blade access platforms,
• Installation of pipe clamps for ICCP systems and replacement of cable clamps,
• Industrial cleaning using high-pressure washing equipment,
• Fire damper inspections.

My experience includes working on offshore wind farms such as:
